Cancellation

Non-refundable rate:

Remember that in case of cancellation, modification or no-show you will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
An amount equal to the total must be paid at the time of booking.

Refundable Rate:

The customer can cancel at a cost of €10.00 (bank and administrative fees) up to 30 days before arrival.
The customer pays 50% of the amount up to 15 days before arrival.
The customer pays the total amount if he cancels within 7 days before arrival.
Tax and service charge: 10% VAT is included.
