In accordance with European Regulation No 679 of 2016 of Legislative Decree No 196 of 2003 on the protection of personal data, we inform you that the data holder is Gian Domenico Aresu, head of B&B Ila Villetta (hereinafter referred to as “the holder”).
Personal data are processed in full compliance with European Regulation 679/2016 and Legislative Decree 196/2003 and its subsequent amendments.
The data you provide to us (hereinafter referred to as “the interested party”) will only be used to respond to your requests and may only be disclosed to third parties if necessary for this purpose, or with your explicit consent.

These are suppliers, commercial and production partners, intermediaries, technical consultants and other similar subjects who are in collaboration with our organization to fulfil the contractual commitments entered into with it; subjects who provide a service closely and necessarily related to the owner’s activities such as tax advisors, banks, shippers, insurance companies, public and private bodies, even through controls and audits, subjects who can access the data according to the standards in force within the framework of law.
Data may also be disclosed to all persons authorized by law to collect it (e.g. provincial health services companies, financial administration, etc.)

Rights of the interested subject
Right of access (art. 15 of the GDPR). Right of the data subject to have access to his data and to complain to the supervisory authority.
Right of rectification (art. 16 of the GDPR). Right of the data subject to obtain from the controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data relating to him/her.
Right to delete (right to forget) (art. 17 of the GDPR). The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the deletion of personal data relating to him/her without undue delay.
Right to limitation of processing (art. 18 of the GDPR). Right of the data subject to obtain a limitation on data processing.
Obligation to notify (art. 19 of the GDPR). The controller shall notify each recipient to whom the personal data have been transmitted of any correction, deletion or restriction of the processing carried out in accordance with Articles 16, 17 and 18.
Right to data transferability (art. 20 of the GDPR). The data subject has the right to receive the personal data provided to the controller and to forward them to another controller without hindrance from the latter.
Right of opposition (art. 21 of the GDPR). Right of the data subject to object to the processing of his or her personal data.
Profiling (art. 22 GDPR). The data subject has the right not to be the subject of a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, or which concerns him/her in a significant way.

Art. 7 – Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if they have not yet been recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The person concerned has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and modalities of the processing operation;
c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out using electronic instruments;
d) identification data concerning the controller, the controllers and the representative appointed in accordance with Article 5(2);
e) the entities or categories of entities to which personal data may be disclosed or to which they may be disclosed and which may become aware of such data in their capacity as designated representative(s) on the territory of the State, controller(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, where relevant, integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose storage is not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or further processed;
c) a statement that the operations referred to in letters (a) and (b) have been notified, also with regard to their content, to the entities to which the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort in relation to the right to be protected.
4. The person concerned has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for market research or commercial communication.
